1   Chocar o tropezar una persona o cosa con otra: siguió adelante hasta topar con la pared.
2   Encontrar un obstáculo o dificultad que impide avanzar y obliga a detenerse: topar con dificultades. SIN tropezar.
3   Embestir con la cabeza a una persona o cosa un animal con cuernos: las cabras topan contra la valla.
4   Encontrarse por azar o casualmente con una persona: me topé con mi amigo en la calle.
